This site allows you to make an online submission to have a company listed on the NSW Department of Industry Rail Industry Suppliers Directory.

Having a listing in the Directory will benefit your company by showcasing its capabilities to buyers both locally and internationally. NSW Department of Industry promotes its industry capabilities directories at its stand at major industry events.

To make a submission you will be required to provide company contact details, an overview of company activities, specific information about the company's rail-related products and services, and a company logo in png, jpg or gif format.

You need to complete the submission form in a single session - partially filled forms cannot be saved. Eligibility for listing

To be eligible for listing a company must have operational facilities in NSW and supply products or services to the Australian or international rail industry, and/or rail-related organisations.

Company Details

General overview of the company, 100 words max. Specific product/service information can be added later in the submission.

  • Minimum width 218 pixels (wider images will be resized)
  • No height restriction, but landscape or square format logos will look better on the page
  • PNG format preferred (GIF and JPG also accepted)
  • Please name the image file as your company name with the word "logo" appended e.g. my company-logo.png
  • Max file size is 1MB
  • Minimum width 500 pixels (wider images will be resized)
  • Landscape format images only (ie. width should be greater than the height)
  • PNG format preferred (GIF and JPG also accepted)
  • You must own the copyright to the image supplied, and supplying the images gives permission for the image to be used on the NSW Department of Industry website for use in the NSW Rail Industry Suppliers Directory Industry Capabilities directory
  • Main image should be illustrative of the products or services your company offers, not simply a generic industry image
  • Please name the image file as your company name with the word "main" appended e.g. my company-main.png
  • Max file size is 1MB
